David's response:

" I've never seen any research that MMS kills pathogens directly. If

you have it...send it. But testimonials aren't enough.

My own two cents:

I think that there are far too many anecdotal success stories to say

that MMS merely alkalizes. What it primarily does is oxidize, and

therein lie my problem with the long term use of MMS. Oxidation

results in free radicals and the damage created by free radicals is

well documented. No way would I feel comfortable taking it for very

long without some heavy duty anti-oxidants, which scavenge free

radicals and help prevent their damage. A good question though is

what effect taking anti-oxidants has on the effectiveness of MMS.

I also think that some tend to confuse oxygenation with oxidation it

self. Oxidation is the transfer of electrons. In your body, molecules

have electrons going around in a state of balance, just like the

planets in the solar system which revolve and are kept in balance by

gravitational forces. If we remove Mars from our solar system, the

whole universe would have difficulty in trying to rebalance itself.

Think of those planets as being electrons. In your body, if an

electron is removed from an atom, it is like an atom bomb going off;

that is a free radical.

When we breathe oxygen, that's oxygenation. What is the problem when

you have chronic diseases? You are not getting an adequate flow of

blood obviously. What is in the blood? Oxygen and nutrients. Oxygen

may result in oxidation and the release of free radicals, but

anti-oxidants and oxygenation work well together. I am not so sure

that the same can be said about anti-oxidants and oxidizing agents.

So to me, if there is an alternative to MMS that is not an oxidizing

agent, that is what I would choose.
