Guest guest
Hi Bonnie & ACody, I tend to be hypoglycemic too.... if I take the chlorella before going to bed it definitely helps to stabilize the blood sugar and I get a good nights sleep. Most people's 24 hour cycle for blood sugar is... it will begin to climb after 2 pm until 2 am then it will start to drop after 2 am until 2 pm. Now if your blood sugar isn't stabilized it will bounce all over the place or the increase after 2 pm is what "might" be causing the insomnia. This is what happens to me, especially if I have anything that turns to sugar in the evening. The chlorella helps stabilize the blood sugar so it doesn't spike or crash, both can be disruptive to a good nights sleep. Have a great day! Bonnie F.
