Yep, beta sitosterol, along with quercitin, and a number of other great compounds, including fatty acids. I am with you, Phil - I no longer believe that Saw Palmetto is the best herb for prostate problems. I still like it - at least in the form of Saw Palmetto berry extract which is 85-95% fatty acids, but I also like the aforementioned Beta Sitosterol, Red Clover Leaf extract, Vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol), Zinc, Selenium (preferably selenium yeast), Nettle root extract, Pumpkin seed oil, Pygeum Aficanum bark extract and Lycopene. oleander soup , " philzach " <phil wrote: > > You might also take a look at Beta Sitosterol.
