Tony: OPC and Constipation

In a recent post you mention also that constipation was a possible

side effect. Thank you for mentioning this as this is my issue. I

never had problems in this department before.

 

I have a Schulze remedy I could take at night that may help, but am

also wondering if a saline flush every few days would help instead of

the Schulze remedy, or both.

 

Any ideas? And, does this normalize after being on it for awhile? I

have only been taking a few weeks at 3 Tbls a day.
