I think Toya should make an appearance and tell you in her own words

what she did. I can tell you that it included virtually all of my

suggested oleander, IP6, etc., protocol, which does not recommend MMS.

I like MSM/DMSO though.

 

Let's wait for Toya to make a visit, shall we?

Hi everyone!Thanks to all of you that included me in your prayers

and good thoughts.Prayer does change things!I have to say a very

BIG thank you to Tony who challenge me to stay the course and makes me laugh alot!What a blessing Tony is to more people than he could ever imagine.What does it say about a man that will fight for the good of a perfect stranger?I don't think there is a greater love than this!

I used Tony's OS protocol and added a few extra things.I added Garlic,ginger,Glyco nutrients and EFA's (krill oil,flax and sesame).I also used Utopia silver(4oz.daily)and I'm not even light blue!Daily I get at least 30 minutes of sun.Dry skin brushing helps with circulation.I also drink good water 1/2 my body wait in oz.

I have learned that not only are we toxic from pollutants and environment but we can actually become toxic emotionally.I have and continue to search my soul for people who have offended and or hurt me.I release them from my anger and ask for blessing in their

lives.I really have tried to face people if at all possible.I can't tell you how cool it is to say ....Please forgive me and I'm sorry or I've really been foolish !FREEDOM is such a gift!Freedom

is yours when you release the captives in your heart and mind!I believe this has added greatly to my healing!I also try and do what we learned as children......."if you don't have something nice to say,don't say anything at all"!We are taught that "we are healed by the renewing of our mind"I believe it!

 

I am a person who believes in HIM so I have to believe HE has provided all this direction ,wisdom and the right people to help me overcome.I have a way to go ....but have great hopes of living out everyday of my life and sharing about my journey.

 

I am so thankful and now live with a grateful heart !

Dear Toya,

 

What an absolutely beautiful message and I want to tell you that you

have spoken to my heart, as I am sure you have spoken to many others.

I thank you for your post.

 

Thank you for sharing all that you have done and yes, the emotional and

spiritual side are most important.

 

You have a ways to go? Well, you have come a very long way. I think

the rest of the journey will be a downhill slide.
