For about two months, I took the equivalent of 4 caps a day, and then increased it to six. However, I spread the additional oleander out over three meals, because it seems easier on my system. I've been tracking it in several ways. First, subjectively. I can feel a large and growing tumor in my abdomen, although a PET/CT scan shows several more. I have CA-125 blood tests, which have been quite reliable for me, altho they are not for everyone. And I had that PET/CT scan two weeks ago.
