Guest guest
Hi I made my own Oleander soup today, based on the recipe in your book. It doesn't taste like OPC. It does taste bitter, however I didn't taste it before mixing it with Apple sider. Any idea
Guest guest
Yes, it is bitter. My suggestion is to divide the dose in half and put half under your tongue where there are no taste buds and it can be absorbed quickly and half in a cup of juice such as pomegranate, dark grape juice, blueberry (three healthy ones) or whatever. After a few minutes under the tongue, take a sip of the juice to wash it down and the bitter taste is not bad at all. Then the rest of the cup of mixed juice and extract should taste quite pleasant. oleander soup , " mds9513 " <mds9513 wrote: > > Hi > > I made my own Oleander soup today, based on the recipe in your book. > It doesn't taste like OPC.
