You say you didn't know there was already a fifth? I hadn't heard of it

either: they call it " savory " . Now that may correspond to " pungent " in

ayurved, which already (several thousand years ago) had six: the

familiar sweet, salty, sour, and bitter, plus PUNGENT and ASTRINGENT.

I'm also wondering if there's any connection between " calcium " and

astringent. Anyway, read more at the link above. And appreciate your
