Guest guest
I just bought fifty pounds of this. Last night I sealed up 23 two pound packages with my Food saver. I did not use the vacuum to prevent it from lumping. My kitchen scale must be off because I weighed each one and only came up with 46 lbs. Still a good deal as the single pound price is $7.25 http://www.mountainroseherbs.com/clay/clay.html - Jane MacRoss ; Friday, January 11, 2008 2:16 AM Clay Bananas, Bomb Tests, and Radiation (and Therapeutic Living Clay) .. Guest guest
Which is the best clay to take internally? Bentonite, Green, Zeolite, ...?Thanks, Steve
Guest guest
Calcium bentonite, from what I read. The zeolite is a layer on top of TLC calcium bentonite, so the bentonite below basically has the very same thing as the zeolite, which is sold in liquid form by the MLM company. I don't know if there is any company selling zeolite dry clay. I know there is a company, German I think, that uses pure zeolite as cat litter clay. A person I know buys that cat litter because it is so cheap, grinds it into powder, and takes his zeolite that way. :-) Almost every clay is good externally, but you want to be more careful which clay to take internally. Normally the green and white clays are used in spas, externally. There is a grey bentonite that can be taken internally but it is sodium bentonite instead of calcium. Most people say it's better to stick with the calcium type because you get too much sodium from that one, but I have read where some people prefer the sodium, feeling it gives more minerals. Only you can decide which type you'd prefer. As I said, go to www.eytonsearth.org and read up on edible types, if that is what you are interested in. Most of the really good edible clays seem to be expensive, but from everything they do, it is worth it. And when you make it into clay water (how most people take edible clay) even a small amount lasts a long time. For baths you'd want a cheaper clay because you use so much more clay that way. www.mountainroseherbs.com has good clay, too, at a reasonable price, from what some of the members of the clay group says. But there are other places with reasonable clay prices, and good clays. You just need to do a bit of research depending on what you want to do with clay. ---- Which is the best clay to take internally? Bentonite, Green, Zeolite, ...? Guest guest
Thanks so much. I will definately get some Calcium bentonite . I have found one inexpensive source for zeolite: http://gandgnaturalproducts.com/default.aspx and may try some of it too. Anyone who knows other good sources, I am interested. Looking forward to trying the various clays, both internal and external. Guest guest
On the subject of clay...I had a " hot spot " on my face that looked and acted very much like a squamous cell carcinoma. I began applying hydrated bentonite calcium clay to it and after a short period of time it has resolved itself. I put VCO on it between times. When I first began putting the clay on it, I cold literally feel an electrical type of tingling on the area. As it healed, this became less and less. Intersting, no? Also, there has been research done that shows that French Green Clay cures MRSA and other superbugs! Here's a link to that: http://news.independent.co.uk/health/article3104663.ece Blessings, Jill~
Guest guest
Thanks for the info. We'll try it on DH's solar keratoses! I'd much rather he changed his diet than just removed the evidence of acidity on the outside of his body. While they are there, at least they give an indication of what's going on, on the inside! I used it for about two to three weeks. I saw results fairly quickly. Now there is just the faintest roughness. Posting about this reminded me to put more clay on it just now. When I don't see it in the mirror I forget to do that. The site mentioned above, eyton's earth, is an excellent site. Jason is very knowledgeable and balanced.
