Guest guest
Now I'm really interested. Inflammation appears to be a major problem for me, according to the hs CRP results from a few months ago. As I recall my level was around 23 which apparently is several times the top " acceptable " level. Therefore I seriously need to address the inflammation problem. I really haven't done anything about it yet but this is the time to begin (while I still can). Question: is DMSO a major or minor player in reducing inflammation? What other natural steps should I be taking to reduce inflammation? I have learned to respect the information presented on this forum and I genuinely welcome all comments. Guest guest
As far as I know, though the doctors here will have better statistics, DMSO is a major player against inflammation. Another great one that I have been studying is clay! This is both internally and externally. You would need a good calcium bentonite clay because it adsorbs and absorbs. I am reading a book about this clay now and it says that carpal tunnel has sometimes gone away after just one treatment!, though normally it takes a few weeks. But because it eliminates inflammation it takes the pain away almost immediately. If you want more info on using clay internally and externally one of the very best sites you can go to is www.eytonsearth.org Jason, the site owner, has a great personal interest in clay, but doesn't sell any so his info is not biased for profit. There are some herbs and some foods that also help with inflammation, but I believe these two are the most powerful and fast working for immediate relief. The clay is particularly interesting because it also binds toxins and heavy metals and pulls it out of the body, balances digestion and elimination. The only thing is I'd be sure to take it a few hours away from oleander because I wouldn't want to take the chance of it taking any good oleander out! Samala, Renee ---- Now I'm really interested.
