I now find organic goat milk cheese, i wonder if it has rennet, do you know? Do you think organic goat cheese gouda has rennet? I also avoid capsules made of gelatin. I do know that tofu cheese has 0 rennet in it and am almost sure the soft cheeses don't have it. I think rennet helps to coagulate the harder cheeses to form.
