Guest guest
My lst post about a month or so ago was that I experienced severe diarrhea when I took the liquid OPC. I found out through alot of experimentation (filtering, dosages, etc) that I simply could not tolerate it at all. I got diarrhea from even 1/2 tsp of the liquid. Many thanks to those who responded with suggestions at the time, however, nothing has worked. (my diet and lifestyle choices follow Tony's protocol exactly, plus more) so it's not related to that. I was very disappointed and went off of it for a few weeks to hopefully try again after my body had a rest. In my recent order (for my husband) Marc included a bottle of the capsules, so I began l capsule a day for about 5 days with no problem at all. I was very encouraged by that, so yesterday I took 2 caps, one in the morning and one in the evening. Then this morning I took my morning dose. Sorry to say, I have had to pretty much spend the day at home bc of the diarrhea!! So, obviously, I am not going to be able to take more than 1 capsule a day. So my question is: will only 1 capsule have any benefit at all? I'm not aware of having cancer but since my husband takes it for his cancer, I always wanted it as a tool just in case I should ever need it and want to take it as a preventative now. But now I don't know if 1 cap a day is beneficial. Thanks so much, Marcia
Guest guest
Actually Marcia, my protocol and the maximum amount of oleander are all about fighting active cancers, not merely preventing cancer. A couple of teaspoons of oleander extract three times a week is plenty for maintenance and prevention. That would be about the same as one capsule three times a week. As for the rest of the protocol, to prevent cancer you mostly want to keep toxins cleansed from your body and out of your environment, eat a healthy mostly raw diet, make sure you do not miss any important nutrients including trace minerals, and live a healthy and stress free lifestyle with clean air, daily sunshine and clean water. That should do it. oleander soup , " sunlovernv " <Marcia_Grogan wrote: > > My lst post about a month or so ago was that I experienced severe > diarrhea when I took the liquid OPC. Guest guest
Marcia,I'm going to suggest you hang in there with the capsules. Back off, stabilize on single capsule doses for awhile, along with the rest of the protocol. Try to up the dose as gradually as you can after that, maybe add one extra capsule then drop back down the next day. In other words if you are taking 2 caps per day and are stable, then add 1 capsule. the next day drop back down to two. The next day back to thhree. If you can do this for a week or so without diarrhea, then take three caps for 2 days then 2 caps for one day, then three caps for 2 days. Use this very gradual ramping to eventually go to 4 caps. I hope this makes sense. My wife has a very difficult time with many herbs. We now have her doing well on 4 caps per day. She had a very difficult time getting there. She had diarrhea constantly. We did the liver flush which was less than dramatic in its effect.(Basically just more diarrhea without any of the "stones" or other things people describe). We are now working our way toward 6 capsules per day. Gradualism is the key.One possible caution,: if you are using the powdered version of the Cell Forte, it is sweetened with sugar alcohols. These are indigestible and will contribute to diarrhea in many people. Try switching to the tablet form for awhile.MikeMikesunlovernv <Marcia_GroganTo: oleander soup Sent: Monday, August 11, 2008 10:41:01 PM Still have diarrhea from OPCMy lst post about a month or so ago was that I experienced severe diarrhea when I took the liquid OPC. Guest guest
Mike: Thanks so much. That is a great idea and I'll have to experiment w/it more. I just can't figure out why I can't seem to tolerate it, I know I'm not allergic. I usually don't have any problems with foods or supplements. I have done the liver cleanse 3 times now and have passed hundreds and hundreds of stones and I'll continue doing it one time a mo until no more stones come out. I think that is vitally impt to "clean your filters." I have ordered some Cell Forte but haven't received it yet, and I ordered the pill form, so that won't be a problem. Thanks so much for your reply. Great advice.
