I would appreciate suggestions as to how best to save and organize

posts from this site. My email inbox is rapidly getting out of

control but there is way too much good stuff to simply delete and move

on.

Thanks for any ideas.

This is a which means they keep archives of all posts which

can be accessed with a search engine if you are looking for something

specific. Let them handle it and don't worry about deleting.

Hi Phil,

You can go to " Edit Membership " at the top of the page, click on it,

scroll down to the bottom of the page, and you will see how you can

adjust the volume of your email. You can choose " Daily Digest " or not

to have any email at all. You can just log in and read posts if you

like.

1) Definitely go " Digest "

2) Definitely use the search feature on the Messages page

3) If you see something REALLY special in a digest, cut and paste it into an

email to yourself for further reference. You can then use cut and paste to

combine similar items into a set of topical emails you save in a email file

titled " Health "

Hope this helps. :)

Phil,

If you have Outlook click "message" then "create rule from message" and follow instructions to have all messages from group sent directly to a folder. Keeps inbox clean. Then I make other folders for messages I want to keep. At site I sign up for individual emails which makes easier to delete or send keepers to folders. Works very well.
