Changing your group settings

I think that many of you may be reading and responding to messages

strictly by email. To change your settings you need to visit the

actual forum itself. There is a place to click on at the end of each

message or you can simply come here via the url:

 

http://health.oleander soup/

 

Once here, you will be able to edit your membership and email

preferences. I highly suggest clicking the option for full featured

format so that the messages that are not in plain text can be seen as

intended.
