Guest guest
I think that many of you may be reading and responding to messages strictly by email. To change your settings you need to visit the actual forum itself. There is a place to click on at the end of each message or you can simply come here via the url: http://health.oleander soup/ Once here, you will be able to edit your membership and email preferences. I highly suggest clicking the option for full featured format so that the messages that are not in plain text can be seen as intended. oleander soup , " Fran and John Verheul " <verheul wrote: > > Hi > I am not experienced with the internet protocals and am unable to access my account.
