I know this is probably a silly question but when one makes CS do they add purified water to it or just regular water?

 

Also, since i'm starting Cody on his new protocol can anyone suggest to me how much CS I should be giving Cody daily. I do know about not giving it to him during the time of giving IP6 but no one has mentioned if CS can be taken with oleander?

You must add distilled water. Walgreens use to have the best distilled water, at only 5 ppm (parts per million) of "stuff" in the water, but they switched companies and now my meter says that some of their gallon bottles have up to 10 ppm. The best CS is made with 5 ppm or less. Very hard to find now. Even steam distilled water, which is what Walgreens was, is hard to find. Many places just carry purified water, which is no where near as good as steam distilled. So, just try to find water that says steam distilled if you can.

 

Don't use tap water.
