Guest guest Posted July 24, 2008 Report Share Posted July 24, 2008 You have a very interesting group here. I recently joined. My doctor was surprised when I refused Fosamax. I was warned about that. They used to push HRT and now they are pushing stuff for osteoporosis. I insisted on a vitamin D test and it was non existent. If you don't have enough vit. D you can use the calcium you are taking. Do you recommend liquid calcium or are tablets OK. Someone mentioned seeing them in the sewer that they don't dissolve.
