To Marc, Are caps as effective as liquid OPC

Can anyone tell me the side effects of the OPC liquid? I received my order and want to begin, but would like to know what I could expect in side effects if any.

 

Also can you tell me if the OPC can eliminate aspergillous and candida?

I am also taking LDN, utopia silver (4 times a day), IP6, diflucan, NCD (zeolite) and several vitamins.

What I usually suggest is Oregasil (Wild Mediterranean oregano

oil), lactoferrin and colloidal silver for the Candida and Aspergillous.

Also, make sure you are taking a good probiotic and perform an entire digestive

tract cleanse every month for several months. You may also want to try ParaPure

as we are seeing some good success with Candida in people who are using it for

parasites. Be sure that your diet is very healthy and that you are

drinking a lot of pure, clean water.

 

Starting off slowly with the OPC is always a good idea and then work your way

up to the dosage that Marc recommends. From what I have seen on the list,

most people do not experience many side effects at all. It looks like you

are already into detoxification mode from what you are taking. Yeast

die-off can make you feel bad so go slow. Make sure your elimination

routes are open so that your body can carry out the toxins effectively and

easily. If you experience too many detox symptoms then back-down on your

dosages for a few days and then gradually go up to the recommended dosages.
