Guest guest
Bonnie, Happy to hear it my dear! No doubt it will provoke much thought and be the most important book you will read. We are all here speaking with each other (via email) to help each other any way we can. We all have or have had significant and some, very serious health issues. I believe it is imperative that we take or health issues as a wake up call (at least that is the way I look at it) and commit to a completely different viewpoint and look at what helped cause our illnesses. Food is a huge part of it. It can't be ignored or be taken lightly if we want to live. So...I wanted to shed light on a very riveting book, hope it will help you all.
