Guest guest
Tammatha, I have been a vegetarian since I turned 18 years old. However over the years I have added seafood only. Has not been hard for me at all but hard for me when it came to Cody and having to add meat to his diet is all. That part was VERY hard but his health means the world to me. Guest guest
Bonnie, Good for you Bonnie. It is so sweet...your devotion to Cody. I admire it immensely. Be careful of the seafood you eat, much is so contaminated especially with heavy metals, our poor oceans are so toxic. I just recently (in Jan) went vegan. Before I was vegetarian and ate fish too. But I keep reading and hearing of all the contamination it scared me. Supposedly there is one clean source to buy fish (via the internet). I purchased some last year from it and it was quite good. I still get Weaver's sockeye salmon oil capsules from them. It is vitalchoice.com. If you are still wanting fish check out the site, they also have organic nuts, berries etc. Tammatha - evian793 oleander soup Monday, July 21, 2008 4:53 AM Re: Vegetarianisn/Tammatha Tammatha, I have been a vegetarian since I turned 18 years old.
