I will just say that with Utopia Silver there is no danger of overdosing. Colloidal silver is very effective against sinusitis and I would recommend starting with a large dose at first. If it is very severe (and I know how severe and distressing it can be) say, an ounce a day? Just a guess. Like I said, play with it. When I first starting taking colloidal silver, for sinusitis and other infections (since I was so used to doctors I suppose) I took one tablespoon three times a day and that did the trick after just a little while. However, I have learned that with a larger dose, the healing is quicker, so if I were to have sinusitis or another infection now, I would drink a large portion to begin with and then taper off. Now, I use the preventative dosage of one teaspoon a day.As for the diarrhea, I believe it would help. If it is caused by some type of infection, most certainly. Again..... You cannot overdose. But it might be a good idea for your friend to see a health practitioner to determine the exact cause, as there could be many. I have given you the link for Utopia Silver above.
