Guest guest
I am trying to make my 2nd order of the OPC since we are almost out. This time I used a different cc but it was declined. I tried another one and it, too, was declined. (they are both mine and both good). I tried to follow some confusing instructions on the setcom site w/o results, so I'm beyond frustrated with it. I remember reading that Tony can order for us if we have trouble w/ the site. Could I please have the instructions on how to do it? Also, is Marc still offering a free bottle of capsules if we order 5? Thanks so much.
Guest guest
If you have a credit card problem ordering the OPC, you can e-mail Laura Cefferty (laurac) at SETCOM directly and she should be able to sort out your problem. If you order 5 you get the 6th (one bottle of capsules) for free. Guest guest
It is my understanding that Sutherlandia is in South Africa. Sometimes the card issuer will not authorize overseas transactions without a phone call to them asking to remove the "hold" per se.--- On Mon, 7/14/08, Duke Stone <dukesdeals wrote: Duke Stone <dukesdealsRe: Declined credit cardoleander soup Date: Monday, July 14, 2008, 12:11 PM I am having the same problem??? Guest guest
Kindly note that some people who want to order the Sutherlandia OPC on my website have reported problems about their credit cards being declined. Laura Cefferty of Setcom, the admin manager of the finance company that does the financial transactions, have written the following reply to some of people with problems: "..I have had a look on your setcom account and it appears that your issuing bank is stopping the transaction from been processed. Please can you contact your bank to find out what the problem is and advise them that you are trying to complete the transaction and advise them of the amount of the transaction." It seems that the problem could be with your own credit card companies and not with Setcom (Setcom is similar to Paypal and operates in 200 countries). Guest guest
Marc: I contacted my bank today (American Express) and they said there is no problem with my account and no reason the transaction wouldn't go through. They had no record of any attempt to charge from Setcom. She tested the acct and everything is fine on their end and there is more than enough credit available. The first time I ordered the oleander, I used a Visa (that card had to be cancelled recently because of fraudulent activity). So when I tried to use my American Express, it was declined. I then tried a Mastercard and it was declined too. When I order things, I always double check the numbers and all the information to make sure it is all correct. I have emailed Laura about this, so we'll have to see what can be done from this point.
