Guest guest
Too soon I deleted the message from someone who couldn't buy Oleander. I live in northern Indiana where Nerium Oleander is considered a tropical plant. I called 18 nurseries to see if they had any or could get any. All but 3 said never, including Lowes where I've read many list members purchase them. One had them in early spring. One nursery had a " tree " they said for $125. I bought the other available one at $17 which is also a small tree. Now to digest all the list posts I've been saving on pruning. However, the purpose here was to let the person searching know what's on my plant label. It was shipped here from K & M Nursery, Boynton Beach, FL 561/742-2792. You might consider calling them to see if they ship to anyone in your area. I asked on freecycle if there were any clippings available and got one response--suggestion to ask at a list I had no way of knowing otherwise of local gardeners.
