Guest guest
Yes, it comes in with the DHEA that I take. Were you having problems with taking it for some reason? It seems to be simply another strong antioxidant, from what I understand. Blessings to you ! Vickie Jean <fjd2002 wrote: Hi! I'm thinking of adding this to my already long list of daily supplements. Guest guest
Instead of taking a resveratrol pill, which is probably a synthetic substance, why don't you just eat grapes? Guest guest
Jean, take some of your Sangre de Drago internally instead. It is the world's richest source of those precious pro-anthocyanidins.
Guest guest
I have taken Resveratrol for months and then ran out and unfortunately stopped. One precaution is its ability to be an anticoagulant so if someone is taking other " blood thinning supplements " like garlic, ginseng, Gingko, aspirin products, etc. you may need to be careful and might want to consult with a holistic physician. Guest guest
This was part of a product line I used to sell. I even had a holistic doctor as a personal customer. She cured herself of breast cancer before I knew her and she could feel the difference in her body with the Resveratrol. They were quite high potency and expensive and considering she got so much free stuff, I think this says a lot for it's efficacy. A very good supplement for many things. Guest guest
Any opinions on resveratrol? There seems to be some buzz about it, but is it something we should be supplementing with?
Guest guest
I love resveratrol - it is a potent anti-oxidant, cancer fighter and cancer preventer. I like it most as a cancer preventer. Perhaps the best source of resveratrol is wine, particularly wine made from Muscadine grapes. I have been known to use that source a time or two myself (ahem). Other sources include peanuts, Muscadine jam and sauce, soy (use only fermented soy!) and Itadori tea, which has long been used in Japan and China as a traditional herbal remedy for heart disease and strokes. oleander soup , Roger Dilworth <rogerdil wrote: > > Any opinions on resveratrol? Guest guest
Lol, I'm not much of a wine drinker. I've never heard of muscadine wines, but a quick look at Wikipedia confirms that muscadine wines have more than five times as much resveratrol as other red wines. Interesting. I'll definitely investigate the Itadori tea; if I don't go that route, I'll buy a resveratrol supplement.
