Guest guest
My father started Sutherlandia OPC a week ago. However, he's been having extreme tiredness and sleepiness ever since taking S/OPC. I'm wondering if this is normal and if anyone else had similar experience. Thanks and Regards, Lilly
Guest guest
My dog Weaver & I started the OPC about 2.5 weeks ago Lilly. Actually, I noticed in my dog the last fews days an energy boost due to his movement being better and he is more alert. He has terrible arthritis, I was hoping it would help him and it appears it has. I'm so thrilled. I too feel more energy as well. I already was pretty hyper but still notice it. Pretty happy about the whole thing. We have not have any side effects at all. We both are on raw diets, not sure if it makes a difference to the supplement or not. Guest guest
Hi Lilly My mother also experienced side effects but it dissappeard after more or less a week. I think they call it Hexeimer effect. Most important is not to stop using the product. Martie
Guest guest
Tammatha, Martie and , Thanks so much for the response! It's much easier to handler it once we know what we're dealing with. So I'm taking it as a good sign that S/OPC is working for my dad. BTW, he also started to feel some more pain these couple of days, according to Tony's article on Herxheimer reaction, my dad could either cutting back on the dosage or frequency of use temporarily or continue the S/OPC at the current dosage (but use pain reliever for the pain). I guess the latter approach is better in my dad's case, right? Lilly
Guest guest
Tony and Marc, Thank you so much for the response! I'll have my dad continue with the current S/OPC dosage and report back with his progress later. I'm truly hopeful now. Lilly
