Guest guest
I drink aloe every day. It is a very concentrated formula so I only mix 1 tsp with my juice but it's wonderful. I feel great and definately notice a difference when I don't-I just don't feel as well. Marci herbal remedies , " Suzie " <purplestorm_1968 wrote: > > Does anyone drink aloe vera juice? Guest guest
I also but less often, and only for the first 6 months of the year, as the body gets used to it. Does taste OK if it is kept refigerated. On 3/26/06, Marci <twilli55 wrote: I drink aloe every day. It is a very concentrated formula so I only mix 1 tsp with my juice but it's wonderful. Guest guest
You need to filet the leaves. Don't eat the green outer part as it will give you bad diarrhea. Best way is to take a leaf, slice off the "stickers" on the edges, then slice the leaf long ways and scoop out the gel inside. You can apply this externally, or eat it right from the spoon, or throw it into the blender with a drink of some type. If you need to take a lot of it--for acid reflux you'd want some most every time you ate, then unless you have a lot of plants you'd be better off buying the liquid drink. Look for organic plants, and nothing added. Samala, Renee ---- I have read about the wonderful healing properties of aloe Vera. I do have a few aloe Vera plants in my garden and I am wondering what is the best way to use the plant. Can the leaves be liquidized or how should it be prepared. I read it is good for acid reflux, which I struggle with.
