Ronald Regan cancer

I just got an ad in my email about german cancer cures including one Ronald Regan and Jack Nickolson used. It doesnt say what it is. They are trying to sell a book. Does anyone know what it might be. The book is called German cancer Breakthrough. I will forward it to the group.
