We recommend Sutherlandia OPC as everyone's first choice in obtaining the oleander extract, as it is made under the strictest supervision in a lab atmosphere and one is assured of its safety.When economy becomes an issue, then the soup is recommended. However, when making the soup, one must follow the instructions to the letter and make sure that the plant has not been sprayed by commercial pesticides.All in all, if it is possible, Sutherlandia OPC is the safest and most convenient way to go.Hugs,
