Guest guest
I've started to take IP6. The bottle says it's an effective mineral chelator so take on an empty stomach. I read somewhere else, perhaps here, that one should take it first thing in the morning. So my question is, can I take it at the same time as colloidal silver? Or should I take CS first and then IP6 a half hour/hour later? Or the other way around? Also, what does IP6 chelate? Is it just iron or is it other minerals (e.g., magnesium, potassium etc.) too? Guest guest
IP6 can chelate any positively charged ion. That would include silver, best taken separately. Others include calcium and magnesium, as well as sodium.MikeRoger Dilworth <rogerdiloleander soup Sent: Tuesday, July 1, 2008 8:31:23 AM IP6 questionsI've started to take IP6.
