Just wanted to update you on my delayed order at Utopia. I was finally contacted today by a woman at Utopia by phone. She stated that I was to be paying by money order or check according to my order. I'm thinking how bizarre...I never ordered anything via the internet this way. Didn't even realize one could. I do all my shopping on the internet, except for food, and know my credit card number by heart in addition to the 3 digit code and the expire date for convenience. So I'm on auto pilot when checking out to pay on websites. She stated that if this info isn't given that it goes to check or money order by default, never heard of such a thing? Strange, anyway...I'll have to start over again with a new order since I had to cancel that peculiar order. At least I know what happened now.

"This website" you refer to is owned by a lifelong friend of mine andis a friend of this group as well, and, though I do not doubt you atall, none of what you write sounds like Utopia Silver to me - and Italk and email them daily. I know that they have recently beenupdating systems there and perhaps there is one or more glitches I amunfamiliar with.For every complaint I have ever heard (very few), I have heard ofscores and scores of compliments. What did you order? I have neverheard of an order taking longer ten days to two weeks at most. What number did you call and what time? It is best to call the tollfree number between 9 and 4 CST. What email address did you send to?Thanks for the report - I will pass it on and I can assure you thatany complaint will be dealt with properly and quickly.
