Guest guest
Thanks Kathleen, I've let some political type off topic posts go on here in the past. But I think this particular tragedy is not the right thing to be politicizing here. There are plenty of forums for that. And there is/will be plenty of blame to spread around - from Mother Nature to the the Gov't and a plethora of others in between. When we discuss this off topic subject we need to put info here that can be put towards helping the people who were hit by this, and not spend the energy on ticking each other off and solving no problems whatsoever. We need to build the positive collective conscious and promote the helping spirit and not get bogged down in the never ending discussion and debate about bureaucratic inadequacies. Heck, I just wrote a whole blog about my feelings on this matter for a personal space page .. and then I accidentally deleted it before I could post it (I hit the dang back button and it erased it all) and then I got too frustrated to write it all again ... but I wouldn't have posted it here even if I hadn't erased it ... *Smile* Chris (list mom) http://www.alittleolfactory.com On Behalf Of Woobey Queen There's a que of political posts waiting to be approved to the list. I ain't doing it. Chris can later when she reads them and deems whether or not they're suitable for the list. Quite frankly, I don't think that they are. And I'm a bleedng heart liberal witch who hates censoring. Howsome ever, this is an oils, herbs list. The etc. does not refer to political posts. Doesn't matter what they are, whether I agree with the sentiment or not, because one side will rile another and start a bleeding war which is NOT what we want on this list. So please, if you want to be political, please send it to another list where it is appropriate. And if list mum disagrees, she'll slap me down right quick an apologize for my bad manners and judgement call! ROFLMAO! -- Cheers! Guest guest
Good for you, ! Besides, arguing politics is not nearly as much fun once you realize that the whole system is a charade and that we have not had free and democratic elections for many decades now. Osama Obama who changed his middle name to the Muslim " Barrack " , with his questionable background and allegiances plus his lack of experience? Or McAmnesty McTraitor who graduated 894th out of a class of 899, had several scandalous affairs and liasons as a young officer, has been charged by fellow POWs of being too cozy with his Viet Cong captors, was a member of the Keating Five scandal, and has a temper that is so rash that he has been reported to fall to the floor in a fist and foot flailing fit when he did not get his way? THOSE are the best and brightest we can come up with to lead the greatest nation on earth? Bull-loney! It is all a game - and a rigged game at that. Only two parties to represent hundreds of millions of citizens and rules to keep third parties at bay? Candidates screened and approved by the Bilderburgers and controlled by their Trilateral and CFR staffers? Superdelegates? Diebold voting machines? The electoral college? Virtual complete control of the media (see what happened to Ron Paul!). Ronald Reagan had the right idea when he started nodding off during his second term. When you are living in a dream world, you might as well catch a few Z's. If you want to make a difference in politics and have elected officials who will champion our free access to supplements and alternative treatments and restore our freedoms and liberties then get involved at the local level and start taking our country back by electing officials on the local level who are beholden to no special interests and who vow to return us to the vision of the founders, where the individual is supreme, the state is next and the federal government is weakest of all, serving only to protect our lives and property. If our founding fathers were alive today I am sure that they would take even swifter action to kick out the self-serving usurpers of freedom and liberty who are determined to lead us down the path of moral and economic ruin with the ultimate purpose of the elimination of the middle class and the creation of a one-world government where a small group of ruling elite is served by the rest of the population. If you cannot see that, you aren't looking, and all you are seeing is the illusionary world of filtered news, " reality " shows and " just ask your doctor " advertisements. Anway, we are here to discuss health, not politics. Except for me, that is, when the two become intertwined. Guest guest
Hi, Very well done on keeping the nay-sayers out of the discussion. It seems that every discovery, invention, or creative work that really changes things pulls in the negative personalities who want to confuse and distract. Keep up the good work and lets stay on topic. Guest guest
My post was intended to be a final statement on politics so that we can return to health issues. What I posted was intended for the health and benefits of all the members of this forum. I do not see it as healthy to continue to be blinded by the charade of free and honest elections, nor do I see it as healthy at all to see our freedoms and liberties eroded further, including our rights to have access to whatever supplements and alternative treatments we choose, and our rights to determine for ourselves what substances, medicines and treatments we do or do not wish to introduce to our very private and sovereign bodies. Not recognizing the conspiracy and billions of dollars bent on taking away such health freedoms is distinctly not healthy. In general, I will not have this forum become a political debate forum. Sometimes, however, health and politics are intertwined - especially when it comes to health freedom. On that issue I will not remain silent. I hope you do not leave, as you will be missed. This is my private forum though, and I will continue to post whatever I wish regardless of what anyone may say, relying on my best (but far from perfect) judgment and my desire to serve this group the best I can.
