Guest guest
I stumbled across this article and thought it interesting. Now maybe we need to be taking more soup to increase our cancer fighting immune cells. ;-) http://www.telegraph.co.uk/earth/main.jhtml?xml=/earth/2008/06/18/scicanc118.xml Samala, Renee

Guest guest
Not arguing, but wondering why not? What would be the reason behind not taking more? Too much stimulation? Harmful in the long run? Never tested as to bigger doses? Or maybe it showed the amount we take is just as good as bigger doses, or doses more often? Just always curious. Samala, Renee ---- As for biger dose of the soup? Guest guest
Sometimes less is better, sometimes not--and so this leads me to ask wouldn't perhaps the soup do better as a homeopathic remedy? See, I am too curious. Lol Like I said, I'm not trying to argue--I'm just always wanting to know the reason behind something. As I asked--is more unsafe, or just not necessary? Well, many many times I never find the answers I'm looking for. :-) Samala, Renee ---- les is always better
Guest guest
When you are do it your self less is better and safer, if you have a naturopath in hand than he-she can give you more and moniter the outcome, and yes i believe more is unsafe, i'm not a doctor but common sence comes to play. Say if your doctor tell you to take 2 aspirins and go to bed, do you take 5-6 ? Guest guest
I always question anything a doctor tells me. And I try to understand my own body and figure out what is best for it by listening to it--its reaction to things. I never take anything anyone says as the gospel, and always question why things are done the way they are. I think it's the only way we ever learn anything. If I just did what others (especially doctors) told me to do I'd be very much worse off than I am now. Experimenting, studying, asking questions--this has gotten me to where I am now, feeling that at least I'm pretty knowledgeable about many different alternative protocols. I'd like to know and understand oleander as well as I know and understand the other things I am confident about talking to someone about. So if I can think of a question, I KNOW that one day I'll be talking to someone about oleander and THEY will ask me the same question. If I've already asked it, I will have an answer for them. I'm not stupid you know--just inquisitive enough so that I can get a handle on how and why things work. Some people call it research.
