No it's not the password Violet because they have changed it for me and it keeps coming back stating that email is used by another! They have really screwed up and I still do NOT have this resolved.

 

Not a good thing at all since I would love to buy some oleander for Cody.

Why don't you go get a free new address and start over. Hotmail has free ones, but I think the best is gmail. It's what I use. You can go and get all the free, different email addresses you like there.
