Bob,

 

My problem with setcom is not my card, it's being able to order the product in the first place. Every time I try to put in a password it pops up that my email is already in use, VERY strange indeed. I have asked them to let me sign in as new as I never really did sign up yet. It's a horrible system they have.

 

I am thinking I will never get this product!

Strange. Maybe it's your anti-virus software. Try turning it offf... your firewall as well if you have one.... then try signing in.
