Mary,

 

I think you may need a sinus irrigator if you haven't already tried this. I use my Water Pik with a sinus attachment. In the bowl I add some baking soda and colloidal silver in warm water and wash my sinus out with that. It stings a little but it will really flush and clean the sinus cavities well.

David i have tried every product on the market and nothing worked for me, now i will use bi- carb soda, with colloidal silver and a dush of cayenne and see what happens, but yes i will google sinus buster to see what they say, i want this problem to goooo.

Have you ever tried Sinus Buster? I still use it....with the iflora. Google it.

Yes Bob i have, i whent to a naturalpath and he did this for me, sorry to say it din't work.

but dont worry because today i made my own spray with 4 drops cayenne tincture - 1 teaspoon colloidal silver- 2 drops peppermint oil and a tablespoon filtered water, well it works because i can breath through my nose like nothing i ever use before, so i will use it 3 times daily and see how i go.
