Guest guest
To be sure, there are some bogus products and claims out there, but if the list of 125 is any indication of what the FDA considers bogus it merely demonstrates loudly and clearly that the FDA's primary concern is protecting the profits of the drug lords who are it's real masters. I am not going to get on my soapbox to much here, but I will state that I have virtually no respect for the way the FDA operates and I believe that they clearly violate the God given unalienable rights secured by the constitution of both the individual and businesses with their arbitrary codes and regulations. Quite simply, freedom of speech is an unalienable right protected by our constitution and it extends to freedom of commercial speech. When they stop protecting the Vioxx's, Avandias, Aspartames, Gardasils and other abominations that have killed millions of us, and the other drugs that annually kill over 100,000 people in the U.S. alone, then perhaps they might have a right to go after the herbs that kill almost no one, and often work far better than the " approved " medications with far fewer side effects and at much lower costs. " The National Anti-Cancer Program is a bunch of shit " - James Watson, Nobel Laureate for Medicine in 1962 , joint discoverer of the double helix of DNA, and for two years a member of the US Joint Advisory Committee on Cancer " Everyone should know that the `war on cancer' is largely a fraud. " Two Time Nobel Prize Winner Linus Pauling " The FDA 'protects' the big drug companies and are subsequently rewarded, and using the government's police powers they attack those who threaten the big drug companies. People think that the FDA is protecting them. It isn't. What the FDA is doing and what the public thinks it is doing are as different as night and day.
