Does anyone take oleander soup for general health and preventative

measures or is that not recommended? Also is there a good source to get

the soup or even to purchase the plant?

Maybe it's in Tony's book (I did purchase it, but I didn't check for

this), but how much and how often do you take it for general health?

Hi Shelli,

If you will be making the soup, let me give you the following links:

The Recipe for Oleander Soup Part 1

The Recipe for Oleander Soup Part 2 - Tips and Advice

Here you will find all the information you need and remember, the recipe must be followed to the letter.

As for dosage, start with 1/4 of a teaspoon and work up to one tablespoon. Again, the instructions as to dosage and when to increase it are found in those links.

Something I always mention, make sure that the plant you use has not been sprayed with any commercial pesticides.

Hugs,

A teaspoon or two three times a week is a good amount when used as a

preventive. Yes, it is in my book. Personally, if I just started

out, I would work myself up to the full amount and take it for a solid

month and then back off.

Some cancers can take up to eight years to grow to the size of a

pinhead, so the idea is that just in case there happened to be any,

wipe those little suckers out and then back off to the maintenance

amount. Your immune system will get a wonderful boost too.

Tony, If one took oleander soup for prevention, can one stop completely at any time? Will one have to take it for life once he/she started taking it? Thanks. Melly

Sure, it is not addictive. LOL. As a matter of fact, I usually give

just about any supplement a break now and then - don't want the body

depending on supplements for normal functions. Of course that does

NOT mean taking a break from something like Oleander while you are in

the middle of fighting an active cancer.

I might note that the only people I am aware of who have used oleander

to beat cancer and then had the cancer return were those who stopped

taking any oleander at all. And I have never heard of anyone taking

oleander as a preventive and then developing cancer while they were

taking it.

I know that I have had people who have used oleander report being able

to do away with medications and control their diabetes with diet alone.

That depends on the size of the plants. One good sized bush could

provide you with more than enough for 3 tablespoons per day.

Personally I would make two batches a year. A little goes a long way

- remember that one 500 ml bottle is a month supply at three

tablespoons per day.

Oleander is a fast grower. You could buy two or three plants, cut off

some and leave enough behind to keep growing and then never run out.
