Guest guest
Most of the negative information in this bogus story is based on erroneous and self -serving studies funded by mainstream sources, particularly the studies on vitamins A, C and E. When mainstream medicine reduces the deaths from their approved drugs from over 100,000 a year down to zero to a handful for vitamins and supplements, then perhaps they can tell us about the supposed dangers of vitamins and supplements. Due to the over processed foods on our grocers shelves, with nutrients processed out and dangerous additives and " rock minerals " and synthetic vitamins added back in, and the mineral depleted soils our crops are grown in, virtually NO ONE gets all the vitamins, minerals and other nutrients they need from diet alone - and anyone who says they do is either woefully uninformed or deliberately being untruthful. Of course you can take too much of virtually any given substance, including vitamins, minerals and supplements. That is what directions are for. Too much water can kill you when you get down to it. In my opinion virtually any amount of almost all mainstream medications is too much - because they can and do kill you and because in most instances nature has a better, safer and less expensive alternative. oleander soup , ahzoov wrote: > > Doubts Cast on Vitamin Supplements > CBS News > Posted: 2008-06-09 15:23:56 > Filed Under: _Health News_ (http://news.aol.com/health) > > (June 7) - Garbage, garbage and more garbage . . . . .
