Around 20 years ago at a church camp meeting, the speaker who is very much into natural health, told us of a life saving event when he was a very young man. His father was a medical doctor in the general practice area. When the young man became very ill with pneumonia and was in the hospital, it looked as if he wasn't going to pull through. His M.D. father came into the room to report the Specialist verdict and they were talking about the dilemma . He told his Father to go out and get some pine needles and make tea and bring to the hospital. He did and the young man recovered. Of course faith and prayer were factors also. Very interesting.
