Guest guest
Hi Elaine. What type of pines do you have, do you know? We have few pines here--too alkaline. But there are a couple that grow. Samala, Renee ---- I am a true believer in pine needle tea. I discovered it about 6 months ago, and started getting my fresh pine needles from the trees all around my house here in Florida, cutting them and making tea daily putting a handful in a pot with simmering water with fresh mint leaves, and chamomile flowers, leaving it to simmer very low for about a half an hour. It has a wonderful taste. We add a little honey or agave syrup, and cinnamon and cloves at times.
