Guest guest
Microwave radiation falls off with the square of distance. Therefore if you move the antenna away by double the distance the radiation will fall by 4 times, if you move the antenna 10 times away the radiation will fall off by a factor of 100. It doesn't take many inches away to move it away by a factor of ten since when you normally use a cell phone the antenna is almost touching the head. The practical way to separate yourself from the antenna is to use a speaker phone thereby not needing the phone to be near your head. In some cases you can get a cell phone that will accommodate an external antenna. In that case you can move the antenna quite far away. Anyone who uses a cell phone in the conventional manner (near the head) is playing with fire. oleander soup , " Michelle " <Yahsway wrote: > > my husband must use his phone for work, what can we do to protect him??? > > - > Gerald Montgomery > EyesOfEagles > Friday, June 06, 2008 8:56 AM > [EyesOfEagles] Use your cell phone to microwave popcorn > > > Feeling a little fried lately? Guest guest
the best thing is to not wear those ear pieces. They make it easier to do business as your hands are free, but they put the waves right into your brain. If he has a desk have him keep his cell on the desk and use the old fashioned ear bud/mike with a wire. If he has to wear the cell phone it's a bit of a problem because most men have it in their pocket and that's close to the reproductive organs. Have him get a cell phone holder and hook it on his belt. There are several little ferrous bead things that clip onto the ear wire (between the ear and the phone) that supposedly block the waves. Dr. Mercola has lots of articles on this and actually sells a special wire that is suppose to stop a lot of the waves, but other people sell them cheaper I think. Plus there are pieces of wearable jewelry that block ELF waves. Don't have a site for them but there are LOTS out there if you google. I actually have one made from dichroic glass that is beautiful. I'm not energy sensitive so can't say I feel anything from wearing it, but when I was muscle tested with it off and with it on, on was definitely making my body stronger. Mercola's site is www.mercola.com google cell phones and you'll get a lot of good info.samala,ReneeOn Fri, Jun 6, 2008 at 8:35 AM, Michelle <Yahsway wrote: my husband must use his phone for work, what can we do to protect him??? Guest guest
The best thing to do is to move the cell phone away from you as far as practical (speaker phone) or move the antenna as far as possible (remotted antenna). Any ferrite choke on wires leading to you are probably not going to be effective enough. Remember that the Russians found that 1 milliwatt per square meter via our embassy was definitely deleterious. Although 1 mw/sq meter is an assigned threshold actually there is no clearcut limit. Even being close to a cell tower can be deleterious. -Jim (EE) oleander soup , Gaiacita <gaiacita wrote: > > the best thing is to not wear those ear pieces. Guest guest
Renee, Actually the ear bud that Mercola sells has a vacuum tube for the last 6 - 8 inches of the wire so voices are amplified through this tube up to the earpiece. The wire never reaches the ear, so neither do the microwave radiations. Wearing an earpiece with a wire up to the ear is just as bad if not worse than holding the phone up to the ear as the wire itself concentrates the signals. Guest guest
Well, I know he use to sell just the beads to put on the wire. Guess maybe that was all that was available back then. I know now he has the new tube, but didn't know the difference between the old and the new. thanks. samala,ReneeOn Fri, Jun 6, 2008 at 4:19 PM, bbanever <bbanever wrote: Renee, Actually the ear bud that Mercola sells has a vacuum tube for the last 6 - 8 inches of the wire so voices are amplified through this tube up to the earpiece.
