Guest guest
My 13 year old daughter has really been struggling with acne. Any suggestions as to what she should be washing her face with (or not) and something to moisturize. (Her skin became very dry from other products, but still continued to break out.) Thank you ~Diane mommysdaydream

Maybe a castille soap, (100% olive oil), also handmade. I'm a soapmaker, what can I say....LOL Seriously, this has done wonders for my son with acne. Guest guest
What is her Diet? Start with the inside first and then work on the outside. Guest guest
The best solution for teenage acne is taking VM-75 multivitamin/mineral with a meal. It will clear up acne in at most a few weeks. I've used it for years. The teen ager will also have much better health and feel better. I get no money from Solgar although I've been promoting them for 30 years, I don't even get any discount and I use it daily and have for 30 years or so. -- Phil Bate PhD http://drbate.com - Free Alternate Health Advice Neuroliminal Training (NT) helps solve mental problems without drugs at low cost.
