I am posting for a friend of mine...

their family just got a new kitten and is about 2-2 1/2 months old.

They do not vaccinate their children, new to being a pet owner and do

not want to have their kitten get it's shots. The kitten is indoor only.

Also, spaying, how do you get a kitten spayed not having had any shots?

Does anyone here not vaccinate their pets? What do you give them

to " boost " their immune system? Does anyone know of a vet that will

spay without requiring shots/rabies?

E-mail me and I will see that they get the replies.

My daughter and her boyfriend, both Registered Vet Techs, tell me that

it is a law ( national) that animals have to be at least vaccinated for

rabies to spay, and most animals hospitals will want to check for feline

leukemia & feline HIV before doing any procedures.

Bobbie
