They are incredibly beautiful. I mostly work on the screened porch and when I see one fluttering around the butterfly bush, I just stop and gaze. The Monarch Migration is magical and an inspiration. We recently attended a Monarch workshop that taught about them and then we went outside to learn how to identify male and female and also tagged them and released them. They are tracked by the tag numbers so that scientists can learn more about their habits and migration to be able to know better how to make life better for them. Even with a group of excited children, I was able to get a few good photos of the process. Until next time ... enjoy this beautiful weather!DonnaNew Topics Posted Since Last Mailing Monarch Tagging and Release Look At The Bright Side October Gardening Checklist Health Benefits Of Probiotics Pets Buckle Up Being Grateful Promotes Health (spiritual) Stop Junk Mail - Save Our Birds Happy or Unhappy?
