Guest guest Posted October 14, 2008 Report Share Posted October 14, 2008 **Fizzy Raspberry Citrus Iced Tea 3 Constant Comment Orange Spice tea bags 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries 1 orange, thickly sliced 1 lemon, thickly sliced 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar, depending on sweetness preferred 4 cups boiling water 2 cups soda water Ice cubes 2 to 3 big sprigs fresh lemon balm (optional) Place tea bags, berries, orange, lemon and sugar in a heat-proof pitcher or bowl. Pour boiling water over. Let steep 10 to 15 minutes, remove tea bags. Let mixture cool to room temperature, then chill. (You can either keep citrus in or strain it out, depending upon visual preference.) When ready to serve, add soda water and serve in tall glasses filled with ice.
