Guest guest
According to Dr. Mark Breiner – in his Whole-Body Dentistry e-zine just published, a law suit was filed asking the courts to have the FDA classify mercury (silver) fillings whether Class I or II as they have never been classified. Class I is safe and effective, while Class II is not recognized safe and effective. The FDA has now agreed to classify them by July 28th 2009. The FDA has also agreed not to be neutral about amalgams and have changed the text in their website FDA.gov saying " Dental amalgams contain mercury, which may have neurotoxic effects on the nervous systems of developing children and fetuses " .
