Guest guest Posted April 9, 2008 Report Share Posted April 9, 2008 Our doctor wants us to get much, much more magnesium than we are getting AND wants us to get it from " food-based " foods and liquids (ie teas). She gave us 2 examples. I would love to get much more suggestions! My dd has sensory issues and is a pre-teen so between these two issues she is sooooo picky of an eater. also not able to eat wheat/gluten and dairy. I welcome allyour recommendations!
