Cayenne is a good expectorant and can be used to relieve coughs and to break up

congestion. Combine: 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup water 1 teaspoon

cayenne powder. Sweeten to taste with a little honey. Take a Tablespoon and

you'll soon be breathing easier.

 

A tea made from thyme and mullein always helps me. Honey can be added to soothe

the throat if you like it. Breathe the steam right after you make it and drink

it while it's fairly hot. 3-4 times a day.
