Combine: 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup water 1 teaspoon cayenne powder. Sweeten to taste with a little honey. Take a Tablespoon and you'll soon be breathing easier. A tea made from thyme and mullein always helps me. Honey can be added to soothe the throat if you like it.
