Foods for a

Clear Head

Below are some foods I stick to when I have to be

absolutely clear headed -- like exam cram time...

 

Tuna, tomatoes, red bell peppers, almonds, turkey jerky,

fresh baby spinach, water, top quality green tea.

 

Note: no grains, no fruit except vine ripened grape

tomatoes.

 

Everybody in my family on both sides is diabetic except

me.

 

Sometimes I add lecithin and ginseng. I use mostly

portable foods that I can carry in my purse and eat (silently in class) if I

get hungry.
