It's also a good treatment for people with arthritis. 1 teaspoon dried juniper (Juniperus communis) berries 2 tablespoons fresh or dried peppermint (Mentha ×piperita) 2 tablespoons fresh or dried spearmint (Mentha spicata) 2 tablespoons fresh or dried lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) Place all ingredients in a muslin drawstring bag or disposable bath tea bag. Add the bag to your bathtub and fill the tub with hot water.
