Recipes to Aid Nicotine

Addiction Blues

Inhalation Blend : mild case of the blues

4 drops clary sage

4 drops ylang ylang

3 drops rose geranium

2 drops basil and sandalwood

Add all into a dark glass bottle. Gently shake before each use to

blend. Add to your diffuser according to its directions, or 4-6 drops

the cotton ball onto a plate and place near the sun.

10 drops each of lavender, coriander and cypress (or ylang ylang)

Add all essential oils to a clean dark glass bottle. Pur a clean

cotton ball on a plate. Add 3-5 drops to a cotton ball. Place plate

in a warm area (sunny window or radiator) and let evaporate. Add 3-5

to a scent ring or aroma lamp or diffuser.

Add 8 drops to a tub full of very warm water. Swish with hands before

2 ½ TBLS. Carrier oil

10 drops each of lavender and helichyrsum

5 drops each of frankincense and marjoram
